Payments infrastructure for businesses, built compliance-first.
We are developing a B2B platform to connect fiat payments and digital asset transfers under one set of controls. We are at an early stage and are not yet offering services.
- Incorporated
- FIATARC PAYMENTS LTD. is a British Columbia company, incorporated 20 October 2026.
- Assessing regulation
- We are working out which Canadian and international requirements apply before any service launches.
- No services yet
- We do not currently offer, advertise or solicit regulated services.
What we are building
Businesses that pay and get paid across borders often manage fiat and digital assets in separate systems. We plan to bring both under one platform.
Business fiat payments
Domestic and cross-border payments between business accounts, intended to be delivered through regulated banking and payment partners.
Digital asset transfers
Transfers of digital assets between business counterparties, with screening and controlled handling of funds in transit. The custody and handling model is still being defined with regulated partners.
Unified reporting and reconciliation
A single view of fiat and digital asset movements for finance and compliance teams, with an auditable record of each transaction.
Compliance comes before launch, not after.
We will not offer a service until the registrations and approvals that apply to it are in place. The steps, and their current status, are public.
