We are a newly incorporated company at the planning stage. We hold no regulatory registration or licence. We do not accept, hold, transfer or exchange funds or digital assets for anyone, and nothing on this website allows you to do so.

We intend to obtain every registration and approval that applies before offering the related service. We cannot guarantee that any will be granted or when.

How we will report changes

If we obtain a registration, we will state the regulator and the registration number on this website so that it can be checked on the regulator's public register. If you see a claim of registration, licensing or approval that is not on this page, do not rely on it, and tell us at compliance@fiatarc.com.
