This policy explains how FIATARC PAYMENTS LTD. ("FIATARC", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. We are a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection Act (British Columbia) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, organisation, work email, country, the type of enquiry and the message you write.
- Email you send us: your address and the content of your message.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run customer accounts and do not collect payment, banking or digital asset information through this website. Please do not send it to us.
Why we use it

This website uses only essential cookies, which protect the enquiry form against abuse. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. [Insert retention period, for example 24 months.]
