Compliance
Payments and digital assets are regulated activities. We are putting the compliance work first and showing our progress openly.
Current position: FIATARC PAYMENTS LTD. is incorporated in British Columbia. It is not registered with FINTRAC as a money services business, is not registered with the Bank of Canada under the Retail Payment Activities Act, and does not currently offer regulated services. We will not describe ourselves as registered until a registration has been granted.
